4. Content Restrictions

You may not submit, generate, or distribute content that:

  • Violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive.
  • Contains regulated sensitive data unless Linzumi expressly supports that use in writing.
  • Encourages self-harm, violence, exploitation, harassment, or hate where prohibited by law or platform policy.
  • Contains secrets or credentials unless reasonably required for a supported workflow and handled through approved secret-management mechanisms.

5. AI-Specific Restrictions

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate instructions for wrongdoing or unauthorized cyber activity.
  • Create deceptive impersonation, fraud, or social engineering.
  • Produce outputs intended to evade detection of policy violations.
  • Make fully automated high-impact decisions about people without appropriate lawful basis, review, and safeguards.
  • Claim AI outputs are error-free, legally reviewed, professionally certified, or production-ready without independent review.

6. Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • Overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service.
  • Resell, scrape, benchmark, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law or agreement.
  • Remove attribution, notices, or usage restrictions.
  • Use multiple accounts or installations to evade limits or enforcement.

7. Enforcement

Linzumi may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle usage, suspend integrations, disable features, or terminate access. Where appropriate, Linzumi may notify affected organizations, GitHub, providers, or authorities.

8. Reporting
